Behind the Scenes: A Tour of Our Recycled Textile Process

Join us as we give you the behind-the-scenes look at our recycled textile process, from the moment materials enter our warehouse until they're packaged and ready for our clients.

Step 1: Material Arrival & Weighing
The procedure begins when materials are shipped to our warehouse. These materials are picked up from industrial laundries, either by drop-off or pick-up. Every load is weighed meticulously, providing us with an accurate starting point for inventory and processing. 

Step 2: Sorting & Grading
When they are weighed, the material is sent to our sorting department. Our team, at this stage, sorts the material by grade and type, like cotton, polyester, towels, and linens. Each of these types is utilized for a specific purpose in our products, so precision is necessary. Sorting is not just about stashing it away—it's about making sure that each material ends up in its optimal use.

Step 3: Quality Check & Preparation
After sorting, the materials are inspected for quality to make sure they meet our standards. Our team inspects each piece for durability and functionality. Only the best materials proceed to the next step.

Step 4: The materials then proceed to our cutters. With skill and care, our cutters transform the raw materials into workable sizes. This is experience- and skill-demanding work to get the most out of every fabric and minimize waste. Our cutters take pride in their work, knowing that their craftsmanship directly comes into consideration when deciding the quality of our final products.

Step 5: Packing & Order Fulfillment
Packing is our final step. Our expert packing team collects the cut materials and ensures each order is done exactly as intended. They double-check the quantities and packaging specifications so our customers receive precisely what they've ordered, when they need it.
